Refund Eligibility
• Refunds for Digital Services: Refunds are not provided for services that have already commenced or been completed. Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the purchase date and before the initiation of service.
• Initial Fees: Setup fees, consultation fees, and initial retainers are non-refundable as they cover administrative costs and initial strategizing.
• Subscription Services: Monthly SEO or digital marketing services are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
